KEVIN CADEN

Kevin has an extensive 15-year career in the asset management and wealth management sectors, his journey in finance began with completing his articles at Deloitte Ireland in 2011.
Kevin held various pivotal roles in asset management and banking within Ireland. Prior to his relocation to South Africa in 2013, he made a significant impact as a Financial Regulator of Irish Collective Investment Schemes at the Central Bank of Ireland, showcasing his expertise in financial oversight and regulatory compliance.
Kevin is a member of the Irish Society of Chartered Accountants and joined the SAICA body in 2013.
Kevin has held various positions as a Director and Wealth Manager and has been instrumental in developing various wealth management and asset management firms in South Africa for the last 10 years. Kevin possesses a diverse skill set in business management and at the client level. His passion however still remains for client service and delivery which are the core of the business today.
Kevin is an avid golfer and a devoted father to his three daughters.

Sean brings over nine years of experience in the finance and asset management industry to his role as Director of Parity Wealth Managers and Parity Investment Partners. His financial journey began in 2016 when he took on pivotal roles that allowed him to work closely with senior management and asset management divisions.
In 2019, Sean’s expertise was further recognised at Star Investment Partners, where he excelled as an Investment Analyst with a focus on asset and fund management. He is an alumnus of the University of Johannesburg, holding a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance. Currently, Sean is further honing his managerial skills through a Global Finance MBA at Oxford Brookes University (UK), a program accredited by the Association of MBAs and the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD).
Sean is well-regarded for his strong business management skills and approachable nature. His dedication and work ethic are highly valued by both clients and colleagues alike.
Outside of work, Sean enjoys quality time with his family, golfing, and is an avid football fan. Unfortunately for Sean, he supports Manchester United.
KEAGAN MARCIA
DIRECTOR
Keagan joined Parity Wealth Managers in January 2024, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise from his six-year career in the wealth management sector.
With a strong background as a Portfolio Manager, Keagan has managed a diverse portfolio of local and offshore funds totalling approximately USD 130 million, showcasing his proficiency in strategic financial planning and investment management.
Keagan’s role as a Director of Parity Investment Partners highlights his leadership and commitment to delivering tailored financial solutions. His passion lies in guiding clients, towards achieving their unique financial goals and aspirations.
Driven by a genuine desire to help and connect with people, Keagan prioritizes building long-lasting relationships based on trust and a deep understanding of his clients’ personal circumstances. His dedication to client service has been instrumental in elevating the wealth management experience at Parity Wealth Managers.
Outside of his professional life, Keagan is passionate about football and Formula One.
